Comunilife - El Rio I

With nearly 1,600 units owned and managed by Comunilife was in the midst of rapid growth when Jay augmented the agency staff assisting with the completion of El Rio I – a 65-unit, $20 million project in the Bronx.  Similar to other agency projects, El Rio I provides 39 units for special needs residents and another 26 for low-income individuals.  

Jay also put in motion a variety of critical improvements for several other Comunilife properties located in Brooklyn and the Bronx.
