John and Jill Ker Conway Residence - North Capitol Commons

John and Jill Ker Conway Residence (North Capitol Commons) is a 14-story, mixed-use development located at North Capitol and K Streets, NE, Washington, DC. The $32.7 million new construction project includes 124 efficiency units and 3,300 square feet of ground floor retail, new construction project developed by Community Solutions in partnership with McCormack Baron Salazar, Inc.  The supportive housing development has 60 units for formerly homeless Veterans, 17 units for District of Columbia Department of Behavioral Health clients with the balance of units available for residents making up to 60% of District’s Area Median Income (AMI). 

In the final phases of the project, Jay secured critical permit approval for and installation of natural gas, electrical and telecommunications utilities.
