Durham’s Redevelopment Authority partnered with McCormack Baron Salazar, Inc. (MBS) to revitalize a troubled public housing project a new, dynamic 132-unit, $21 million development that included a variety of unique unit types, significant amenities and a cutting-edge storm water re-use management system.  The 152,000-square foot development across 6 acres included the typical blend of low income housing tax credits, public resources and private investment. 

Jay provided strategic program management support and assisted MBS near the end of the project organizing and confirming permits and inspections, cataloging warranties and chattel lists and insuring smooth transition of operations and maintenance protocols and manuals.
